Option 2: Top registration - no commission at all for any reservation received. The annual flat fee is EUR 100.

We have prepared some answers to the most frequent questions in order to inform you better about Sleeperette's services:

What is Sleeperette?
Sleeperette is a Hotel data base which mainly focuses on small, family run hotels and accomodation businesses. Of course also bigger hotels and chains are very much welcome. Also Sleeperette offers weekly news for final customers about news from hotels and the hotel industry worldwide.

We are running a hotel. Can we use Sleeperette?
Yes, you can. It is very simple to register online. You only have to fill out a form online with your hotel data. Also you can upload some pictures to present your hotel to customers alongside with the written information and address details which you entered in the online registration form.

How much does is cost to register?
Every registration is possible for a nominal fee of 10 Euros. After that there are no costs involved for being presented online. The 10 Euro fee is valid for 10 years! This option is called the BASIC ENTRY.

Do we have to pay a commission on bookings?
Yes, we charge 10 % for the turnover which you receive by any bookings through Sleeperette with the BASIC ENTRY. You will have to pay it within 10 days after the guest has arrived. We also have another option where there is no individual transaction fee. This option is called TOP ENTRY. For details see below!

How can we change data and rates?
You can change your data, pictures and rates any time you wish. It is very simple. Just log on and change what you feel is necessary. The changes for rates will be visible immediately after you have changed them.
As an extra service we offer you reminder e-mails with a link directly to your admin menue. You only have to enter your password and you are in your menue right away. You get this e-mail every months or every week or every day at a certain time. This makes it easier for your to always make your entry up to date!

Is Sleeperette available in other languages?
For the moment Sleeperette is available in English only. We are working on other language editions which will start operation during this and the following years. For now you have to enter your hotel data in the English language only.

Do we have to pay again for new language versions?
No, when later on you register in other languages you do not have to pay the registration fee again.

What is TOP ENTRY?
TOP ENTRY is a flat rate for our partners. If you choose TOP ENTRY there will be no commission for one full year. No matter how many reservations you get and no matter how many nights they are staying or what the turnover is. Also with TOP ENTRY your position in the list will have higher priority and more pictures and facts will be shown. Also with TOP ENTRY customers can see your website and telephone number directly. So they can go to your own website and find out a lot more details. If customers make a booking there is no charge at all.

Do we get an invoice?
Yes, of course! You get an invoice in your personal admin menue. It is available as a PDF file for download. Simply click on "payments" inside your personal admin menue after registration.

How can we make the necessary payments?
The registration fee of 10 Euros can be paid online by credit card. The system from the Germany payment provider micropayment.de is approved by the authorities and considered a save payment system. All commissions later on, but also the registration fee can be paid by normal money transfer in Europe to our bank account. We provide you with BIC and IBAN.

When will our hotel be visible after registration?
Your hotel will be visible after we have seen and cleared it in order to make sure there is no illegal content in your data. Usualy we clear your entry within 24 hours, most often we are quicker, sometimes we need a little more time.

How many of our hotels can we register?
Also it is possible to register more than just one hotel. You can always use the same e-mail address. A list will be in your personal admin menue when you register more hotels. All reservations will go to one e-mail address only.
