General info:		Our hotel has a lovely position on the "Cappuccini" hill (700 metres above sea level) overlooking the town of Sarteano and with a beautiful view of the Val di Chiana valley with its three magnificent lakes of Chiusi, Montepulciano and Trasimeno. The hotel is run by the owners and is reconstructed farmhouse with 14 room all with bathroom and shower, outside line telephone and satellitare colour TV. The hotel stands amid beautiful beech and oak woods and 11.000 metres of private parkland with ample parking area, tennis court, outdoor bowling alley and heated swimming pool with solarium overlooking the valley below where our guests can relax in peace and tranquillity difficult to find elsewhere.
