Belmonte vacanze is a farm holiday residence in Tuscany, few kilometres far from the main artistic towns as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Volterra or Vinci, the hometown of the famous Leonardo. There are many sporting services inside the farmhouse (Agriturismus): tennis field, football field, volleyball field, bowls field and tennis table.

Inside our flats there are, of course, all the comforts you need: washing machine, ant fire system, antitheft, air condition system. We have a big panoramic swimming pool with salted water and hydro massage and a small swimming pool for children. There is also an area with games for children.

Room features:		You will find what suits you best inside the 29 flats, which are situated in our farms. We have flats of different size and typology according to your demands: the medium surface goes from 45 mq for the flat 3+2 to the maximum of 95 mq for the flat 6+2. The marvellous Tuscan style is present in every flat: terracotta floors, wooden beam ceiling, furnishing and trimmings in typical style. There are, of course, all the comforts you need: cooking points, washing machine, antifire system, antitheft, satellite TV, bathrooms with showers and/or bath. In every flat there is the heating and the air condition system, and the possibility to regulate the temperature in every room.
General info:		arrival and departure day: saturday arrival: from 15,00 until 18,00 departure: before 9,30-10,00 Is request uero-150,00 for caution to deposit at the delivery of the flat. The caution will be given back at the release of the flat (except for damages).
